OUR STORY

A standard set by the soil, not the shelf.

We began with a simple refusal: no feedlots, no fillers, no shortcuts. Our cattle graze open pasture and our cuts are aged on the bone in our own cellar — developing the deep, nutty character that mass production can never replicate.
